HOUGHTON BAY

"We hired Sam Richards to plan a difficult extension to our house, which is perched on a steep slope near Wellington's south coast. Sam came up with an innovative and clever design, and she also advised us on building materials, such as the type of double glazing. Sam managed to integrate a new look in seamlessly with the old part of the house, was very competitively priced, and was an absolutely joy to work with. The new part of the house is where I work and sleep, and every day I'm grateful for what a fantastic space it is. Sam is professional, easy to work with, and had a great flair for design."
